• Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less the original shipping charges.
• Returned items must be in unworn, original, new condition. Items with visible signs of wear, that have been washed, altered, damaged or hemmed, are covered in pet hair, or smell like cologne or perfume will not be accepted.
• Returns that are received rolled up into a ball, or damaged, will be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned merchandise is received & reviewed.
• Any refunds exceeding $750 will incur a 3.5% restocking fee.
• All marked down items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
